At 4Dogs Australia, we aim to get your dog’s favourite treats delivered as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the information below regarding our shipping options, processing times, and delivery details.
1. Shipping Options
We offer two shipping options within Australia only:

Express Shipping:
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after the order is placed, provided it is made before 4:00pm AEST.
Express Shipping offers faster delivery times for customers who want their treats sooner. -
Standard Shipping:
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after the order is placed, provided it is made before 4:00pm AEST.
This option provides reliable and cost-effective delivery across Australia.
Please Note: Orders placed after 4:00pm AEST will be processed on the following business day.
2. Shipping Areas
We currently ship within Australia only.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received:

You will receive an order confirmation email.

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal network conditions. While we do our best to ensure your order arrives promptly, delays caused by postal or courier services are outside our control.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s progress until it arrives safely at your door.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location.
